The non-utility energy segment is involved in the development, ownership and operation of independent electric generating facilities; natural gas purchasing and marketing; and others. The Company's manufacturing segment produces pumps, water treatment products and fluid handling equipment with manufacturing, sales and distribution facilities in 14 countries.
