For the 6 months ended 6/05, sales rose 6% to $15.42B. Net income from cont. ops. rose 44% to $764M. Revenues reflect double-digit growth for the Mission Systems and Intergrated Systems operating segments. Net income also reflects a gain from the sale of TRW shares.
