As of December 31, 2003, its real estate portfolio, containing approximately 10 million square feet, was comprised of 10 facility types and was operated pursuant to contractual arrangements with 55 healthcare providers. The Company's mortgage portfolio, containing approximately 1.4 million square feet, was comprised of four major facility types and was operated by nine healthcare providers. As of December 31, 2003, Healthcare Realty provided property management services for 110 healthcare-related properties nationwide.
