The Company's facilities also include hotel and convention space, restaurants and non-gaming entertainment facilities. The Company's facilities have an aggregate of approximately 1.7 million square feet of gaming space and 17,100 hotel rooms. On July 1, 2004, the Company completed the acquisition of Horseshoe Gaming Holding Corp. In October 2004, the Company suspended the operation of LuckyMe, its online-gaming initiative in the United Kingdom.
