For the six months ended 6/30/05, revenues rose 31% to $81.53B. Net income from cont. ops. rose 67% to $6.05B. Revenues reflect higher realized crude oil prices and equity earnings from DEFS and LUKOIL. Net income also reflects improved operating margins.
